Aimee Osmulski appeals a final judgment entered in a premises liability action against Oldsmar Fine Wine, Inc. (OFW). The action arose after Osmulski slipped and fell at a store owned by OFW. After a jury trial, wherein the jury determined Osmulski was 65% liable and OFW was 35% liable, the trial court entered final judgment in Osmulski's favor in an amount of $45,123.84 plus an additional $39,612.02 for costs.
