We have for review a referee's report recommending that Respondent Richard Scott Draughon be found guilty of professional misconduct and receive a public reprimand. The Florida Bar has filed a petition for review of the report, challenging the referee's recommended sanction. Draughon has filed a cross-petition for review. We have jurisdiction. See art.
