RSC Corporation, LLC, d/b/a Ace Wrecker and Ace Auto Parts (collectively "RSC"), appeals a non-final order granting a motion for vehicle release filed by Hertz Vehicles, LLC.1 On appeal, RSC contends the court erred in returning the vehicle to Hertz pursuant to section 713.78, Florida Statutes.
