Raymond Louis Smith, appeals his aggregate eighty-year sentence, asserting that the sentence is the functional equivalent of a life sentence without parole and thus violates the constitutional prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment in light of Graham v. Florida, ___ U.S. ___, 130 S.Ct. 2011, 176 L.Ed.2d 825 (2010). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
