GERBER, J.

The defendant appeals his convictions for two counts of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury. He argues that the state's evidence was insufficient to prove the corpus delicti of the crime before the trial court allowed the state to introduce his admission of being the driver of the truck which caused the crash. We conclude that the state's evidence was sufficient to prove corpus delicti. We affirm.
