LAWSON, J.

Cameron Butler appeals from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The State concedes that the motion should have been granted with respect to Butler's claim that his trial counsel1 was ineffective for failing to file a motion for discharge under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.191. We agree.
