MB Financial Bank appeals an amended final judgment in an action for declaratory relief that addresses the rights of certain lenders in a complex loan transaction. The transaction involves a subordination and standstill agreement that created a "senior indebtedness" and a "junior indebtedness." We conclude that the trial court erred in declaring that the senior indebtedness had been satisfied by virtue of its transfer from one owner to another....
