The Appellant, Bruce Cunningham, has filed a "motion for clarification" in this appellate proceeding. This proceeding was an appeal from the denial of a postconviction motion. We affirmed the circuit court's postconviction order in March 2008. We denied Mr. Cunningham's request to recall mandate in June 2008. Our term of court for that period ended in July 2008.
