Ryan Trout ["Trout"] seeks review of a summary final judgment entered in favor of Appellees, James Apicella ["Apicella"] and Donald Medlar ["Medlar"] ["collectively Appellees"] after the trial court concluded that a binding settlement agreement was formed between the parties.
