In this appeal, we address the limits of Florida's jurisdiction over a defendant whose alleged criminal acts occurred on an airplane outside of Florida. Stacy Sanders appeals the trial court's denial of her motion to dismiss the single charge of grand theft against her. Because the charged crime was completed before Sanders entered Florida, we find that the trial court should have granted the motion to dismiss...
