In this workers' compensation appeal, the Employer/Carrier (E/C) argues the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) erred granting Claimant's Motion for Modification seeking a recalculation of compensation benefits owed to Claimant, and denying the E/C's Motion to Dismiss.
