The State appeals from an order dismissing, pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.190(c)(4), an information charging Lucson Carry with possession of more than twenty grams of cannabis. Our standard of review is de novo. State v. Lebron, 954 So.2d 52, 54 (Fla. 5th DCA 2007). Because the State presented sufficient evidence to establish a prima facie case, we reverse.
