Appellant, Lincoln Jackson, timely appeals his judgment and sentence for conspiracy to traffic in oxycodone. Jackson was charged by amended information with trafficking in oxycodone, conspiracy to traffic in oxycodone, and possession of marijuana less than twenty grams.
