The defendant below, Brad Quillen, appeals the trial court's summary denial of his motion to withdraw plea under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.170(l). After accepting Quillen's no contest plea pursuant to a negotiated agreement with the state, the trial court subsequently imposed a sentence far beyond that contemplated in the negotiated plea.
