The sole issue in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in granting post-conviction relief to the appellee, Shannon Grayson, in the form of a new trial on the basis that his trial counsel was ineffective. We remand this case to the trial court to make a determination regarding whether the defense attorney's purported ineffective assistance actually prejudiced the defense.
