PER CURIAM.

We find the notice of appeal filed in this case on January 15, 2009, directed to the trial court's order of December 16, 2008, denying appellant's renewed motion for rehearing was timely, and was in essence directed to the final judgment entered October 20, 2008.

On the merits, we find no error in the trial court's rulings, and affirm.

Affirmed.
