A juvenile petitions this court for a writ of habeas corpus arguing that the court exceeded its authority in placing the juvenile on home detention with electronic monitoring and imposing an 8 p.m. curfew pending placement in a moderate risk residential program. The juvenile argues that home detention cannot exceed five days unless the Department of Juvenile Justice [DJJ] requests an additional ten days, which did not occur. We previously issued an order...
