The defendant, Ralph DeLuise, appeals his convictions for racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering, communications fraud, committing a loan broker violation, two counts of grand theft, and one count of money laundering. We reverse the defendant's conviction for grand theft on Count 13 because it violates double jeopardy, but we affirm all other convictions. Also, we reverse and remand for re-sentencing, because the trial court violated the defendant...
