Kenneth Michael Hicks timely appeals an order granting Kurt Wipperfurth's motion for new trial. Wipperfurth filed a cross-appeal, raising several issues. After considering all the issues, we conclude the trial court did not err in granting Wipperfurth's motion for a new trial and, therefore, affirm.

This case stems from an automobile accident involving both Hicks and Wipperfurth. Based on that incident, Wipperfurth sued Hicks, claiming Hicks negligently...
