Petitioner, CMI, Inc. ("CMI"), seeks certiorari review of a circuit court order entered in its appellate capacity. Multiple DUI defendants being prosecuted in the Seminole County Court served subpoenas duces tecum on CMI's registered agent in the State of Florida.
