BENTON, C.J.

Paul Milner, III, appeals a decision of the Unemployment Appeals Commission (UAC) affirming an appeals referee's order denying benefits on grounds that Mr. Milner did not show good cause for failing to participate in a telephone conference call. Persuaded that Mr. Milner's showing did establish good cause, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
