The defendant, Riverwood Condominium Association, Inc. ("Riverwood"), appeals from a final summary judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff, Litecrete, Inc. ("Litecrete"). Because Riverwood has made claims material to this litigation, and because these claims remain unrefuted, we reverse.
