This appeal stems from breach of a lease agreement existing between the appellee, Millennium Plaza Acquisition, LLC ("Millennium"), as Landlord, and the appellant, Bucky's Barbeque of Fort Lauderdale, LLC ("Bucky's"), as Tenant.
