Daryl Bernard seeks to reverse a final order denying his motion to reopen his suit against Donald Rose. We affirm.

Mr. Bernard initially filed suit against his former attorney, Mr. Rose, on July 29, 2004. On October 28, 2004, defendant filed a motion for extension of time to file a response.
