This is an appeal of a final summary judgment in favor of the defendant, New Branch Corp. ("New Branch"), a dry cleaning business. The plaintiff, Nidia Juarez ("Juarez"), sued under the Florida Whistle Blower's Act ("FWBA"), Section 448.102 of the Florida Statutes, alleging she was terminated because of her opposition to violence in the workplace.
