The City of Orlando ("the City") appeals the final judgment rendered in this wrongful death action brought by Carmen Pineiro ("Pineiro") as personal representative of the estate of her son, Edwin Alvarado.1 The jury found the City 55% responsible for the death of Alvarado and the Fabre2 defendant, Kenyon Crowe ("Crowe"), 45% at fault, and final judgment was rendered accordingly...
