Ronald Deerick Kirkland appeals his convictions, entered after jury trial and verdicts, and the 40-year sentence imposed upon the trial court's granting of post-conviction relief. In his motion for post-conviction relief, Appellant had claimed that the trial court illegally imposed the adult sanctions because the court never considered the propriety of juvenile sanctions, as required by section 985.565(4)(a)2....
