Cornelius Baker appeals from a judgment of conviction of first-degree murder and a sentence of death. Baker was also convicted of home invasion robbery with a firearm, for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment; kidnapping, for which he was also sentenced to life imprisonment; and aggravated fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer, for which he was sentenced to fifteen years in prison.
