Citizens Property Insurance Corporation appeals the circuit court's nonfinal order granting a motion by Admiralty House, Inc., the insured, to compel appraisal. Because a factual dispute exists as to whether the insured complied with the policy's postloss obligations, we reverse and remand for an evidentiary hearing on that issue.
