Kevin Jerome Scott, who was twentytwo years old at the time of the crime, was convicted of first-degree murder, attempted armed robbery, and aggravated battery due to his role in the June 30, 2007, coin laundry robbery, which resulted in the shooting death of Kristo Binjaku.
