Calvin Carlos Campbell (Defendant) timely petitions for second tier certiorari relief from an order of the Palm Beach County circuit court, in its appellate capacity, which affirmed per curiam, without opinion, a county court order summarily denying his rule 3.850 motion for postconviction relief, challenging his plea to two counts of misdemeanor battery.
