This case is an appeal of a final summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Laundromax, Inc. ("Laundromax"). The plaintiff, Justa Patricia Delgado ("Delgado"), sued Laundromax for negligence, and in support alleged Laudromax breached its duty to her as its business invitee. Because the trial court correctly determined there was no evidence of a breach of duty, we affirm.
