This appeal stems from a complaint filed by Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC ("FMCC") against appellant Pamela Givans and Accelerated Response Time, Inc. ("Accelerated"), alleging that Givans defaulted on a guaranty obligating her to pay monies owed on a car leased to Accelerated.
