On November 26, 2009, Armando and Patty Colosimo (the "Insureds") suffered water damage to their kitchen. On or about December 1, 2009, the Insureds reported their claim to Universal Property and Casualty Insurance Company ("Universal"), with whom they maintained a homeowners insurance policy (the "Policy").
