PALMER, J.

Sun Group Enterprises, Inc., appeals the final summary judgment of foreclosure entered in favor of Mayan Mainstreet Investors II, LLC. We affirm the summary judgment, having determined from a thorough review of the record that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that Mayan was entitled to judgment as a matter of law.

AFFIRMED.
