The prospective buyers of a home sued the seller for breach of contract based on the seller's failure to complete the home within twenty-four months of the contract's execution as the contract required. The seller argued that the buyers anticipatorily breached the contract. After a non-jury trial, the trial court rejected the seller's defense and entered a final judgment for the buyers.
