The defendants appeal the circuit court's order granting the plaintiff's motion to appoint a receiver. The defendants raise five arguments. On the first four arguments, we affirm. On the fifth argument—that the court erred by not requiring the plaintiff or the receiver to furnish a bond without the plaintiff having shown exceptional circumstances which preclude the need or ability to furnish such a bond...
