Appellant, Vera Rastaedt, appeals the trial court's final judgment entered after the court granted appellee, Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC's (Mercedes), motion for judgment on the pleadings as to Rastaedt's claim of breach of express warranty under the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. 2301, et seq.
