The defendant, Jonathan Simmons, appeals the trial court's order denying his motion to correct illegal sentence pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We note that, between 2004 and 2010, Simmons has filed five appeals of orders denying motions for collateral relief.
