Seibert appeals an order of the circuit court summarily denying his first postconviction motion to vacate his conviction of first-degree murder and sentence of death. See Fla. R.Crim. P. 3.851. He also petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus. The State cross-appeals the circuit court's ruling requiring the disclosure of certain public records. We have jurisdiction. See art.
