Appellant, who was convicted of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon, challenges the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress the search of his apartment which resulted in the discovery of the firearm. He claims that the officer did not have a warrant or valid consent to enter the apartment. However, we agree with the trial court that appellant's girlfriend, a co-occupant, validly consented to the officer's entry. We therefore affirm...
