SUAREZ, J.
Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. ("Suffolk"), appeals final judgments entitling First Sealord Surety, Inc. ("Sealord"), to attorney's fees. Because we do not find that a manifest injustice has been demonstrated sufficient to overcome the doctrine of law of the case, we affirm.
