The defendant, Baron Moore, appeals from his conviction and sentence for the second-degree murder of Keith Culbertson ("the victim"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

The evidence presented at trial revealed that the victim was last seen on August 2, 2003, as he was getting into his vehicle, a Toyota 4Runner SUV, which contained numerous Scooby-Doo items. A couple of weeks later, the victim's 4Runner was located, and it was later determined...
