District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

February 23, 2011.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Abraham Ben Yisrael , Okeechobee, pro se.

No appearance required for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court's order that denied appellant's Motion for Dismissal/New Trial. However, this court's affirmance is without prejudice to appellant raising the Brady1 issue within a properly sworn Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion to be filed within thirty days of this decision. See Fla. R.Crim. Pro. 3.987.
