A hospital appeals a temporary injunction permitting a doctor, for whom reappointment of privileges was denied, to continue to practice at the hospital during the pendency of the doctor's civil suit against the hospital. The hospital argues the trial court erred in entering the injunction because it is immune from liability under section 395.0191, Florida Statutes (2009).
