The appellants, University Medical Clinics, Inc. and Dr. Samuel Sadow, appeal the trial court's order granting temporary injunctive relief to appellee Quality Health Plans, Inc. We affirm the trial court's granting of the injunctive relief but remand for entry of an order with clear and definite factual findings to support the temporary injunction.
