Moore appeals an order denying his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) motion to correct an illegal sentence. We affirm and write only to address the trial court's determination that Moore's fifty-two page motion with approximately one-hundred exhibits was frivolous and abusive, as well as the trial court's imposition of sanctions pursuant to sections 944.279(1) and 944.28, Florida Statutes.
