The appellant was convicted of attempted robbery with a firearm, aggravated assault with a firearm, armed kidnapping with a firearm, and resisting arrest with violence. The only issue we discuss is whether the trial court erred in failing to grant the motion for judgment of acquittal on the charge of armed kidnapping.
