Walter Clayton Morris appeals the trial court's order summarily denying his postconviction claims filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Appellant's postconviction motion asserted ten grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel and one claim of prosecutorial misconduct.
