Tyson L. Preston petitions for another appeal, alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c). We deny the petition, and order Preston to show cause as to why he should not be sanctioned pursuant to section 944.279, Florida Statutes (2010), for filing a frivolous and misleading collateral criminal proceeding.
